Yoga classes for all levels whether you are looking to improve postural awareness, build strength, unwind tension or just simply to relax and restore.

Our classes are updated renditions of the traditional styles of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga – from Basics, Stretch to Power I & II, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga to Flow. We also offer specialised classes like Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga and Mums & Bubs Yoga.

Movement classes like Power Pilates, Strength and Mobility and Strength and Cardio Circuit are designed to improve fitness fundamentals like functional strength, cardiovascular health, movement agility and joint mobility.

Meditation Circles are offered monthly to help you find the calm you are seeking, and complements our yoga and movement offerings. Meditation practices include breath-awareness, sound meditation, Yoga Nidra and others.

Therapy options include TRE® or Tension Release Exercise, touch-based gentle bodywork like include Craniosacral Therapy and Jin Shin Jyutsu and manual therapies like Remedial Bodywork, Prenatal & Postpartum Bodywork. We also offer group TRE® session fortnightly.
