Meditation for Beginners

There is no better time than now to build our community of #calmseekers with this new monthly meditation series - Meditation for Beginners. We know that it can be quite daunting to begin a meditation practice, especially when there are so many styles developed, ranging from the traditional to the modern.

There is also this expectation that meditation needs to be practiced in a certain way or form, for a certain duration, in order for us to reap benefits - this is a myth that we hope to dispel! The guided meditation techniques explored in this class will be secular, approachable and accessible. We will sometimes utilise intention, movement or sound to help you rest into a space of stillness that is completely yours.

Whether you are completely new to meditation, or someone who is already an experienced meditator, meditating in a group can also be a fulfilling experience – we have the chance to soak in the collective calm we are each helping to create. We welcome you to come try it for yourself.
