Meditation Circle sessions are back! Come join us on a  Friday each month at 6:30pm for some collective calm! In these sessions, you'll explore both traditional and contemporary approaches to mindfulness and meditation. These sessions are for complete beginners to more seasoned practitioners; all genders welcome, so bring along anyone!

For our fifth circle in 2022, we welcome you to experience  the potent combination of meditation and journaling with Jen Tan.  Writing as a form of creative expression can be meditative, but when explored through the lens of journaling, we come into a space of open-hearted conversations with ourselves. By letting things be as they are and felt, we come into a more mindful relationship with our thoughts and emotions. So bring along your notebook and come join us!
