Meditation Circle: Meeting the Busy Mind

Meditation Circle sessions are back! Come join us on a Friday each month at 6:30pm for some collective calm! In these sessions, you'll explore both traditional and contemporary approaches to mindfulness and meditation. These sessions are for complete beginners to more seasoned practitioners; all genders welcome, so bring along anyone!

For our fourth circle in 2022, Diana welcomes you to invite meditation and mindfulness to your life in a gentle and and compassionate way. Meditation and mindfulness has shown to be helpful if you are:

- stressed or burnt out from work

- get anxious or worried easily

- depleted from the stresses of caregiving and parenting

The theme we will explore is "Meeting the Busy Mind" - something that all of us can relate to! Come join us for this mixed-gender session!
