Meditation Circle: New Moon

Meditation Circle sessions are back! Come join us on a Friday each month at 6:30pm for some collective calm! In these sessions, you'll explore both traditional and contemporary approaches to mindfulness and meditation. These sessions are for complete beginners to more seasoned practitioners; all genders welcome, so bring along anyone!
For our next circle in 2022, join Sarah on this new moon for some breath, gentle yin yoga movements, stillness and reflections.
The new moon symbolises a time for reset — embarking on new beginnings and planting new seeds of intention. The result is a deeper connection to ourselves and what we are needing . We will explore meditation and mindfulness through sharing, reflection prompts, guided breathwork, and gentle movement before exploring stillness. To close up the practice, space is given for self-reflection and/or light journaling. This practice is suitable for all bodies and levels of experiences.
